Overview
HireFlow uses a small set of cookies needed to operate secure sessions. This draft reflects what the application uses today—not marketing or advertising trackers.
Cookies we use
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in to the portal (Django session).
- CSRF cookie — helps protect forms against cross-site request forgery.
- Language preference — may store your selected site language where localization is enabled.
What we do not use here
Application templates do not load third-party analytics scripts (for example Google Analytics). AI-assisted CV parsing is described in our Privacy statement; it does not rely on advertising cookies.
Consent banner
On your first visit, HireFlow shows a cookie consent banner with Accept, Reject, and Customize. Your choice is stored with this cookie statement version so we only ask again if the statement changes. Optional cookies (analytics / marketing) load only after you accept them or enable them in preferences. Essential session and security cookies continue to work either way. Managing cookies
You can remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking session cookies will prevent login.
